I’ve been an artist all of my life. I sold my first batik - “King Nebuchadnezzar on his chariot with his team of horses” - for $45 all the way back in 1973. I bought some Levi’s Californians and platform shoes!
I’ve been a teacher too. I taught modern singing to hundreds of students for over twenty years; mosaic and sculpture at the local community college; most importantly, I taught my children how to be good people.
My favourite materials are pastels and ink. I enjoy working with abstracts, and you’ll see that many of my artworks are conceptual, spiritual, or trance: sometimes all three.
Please take your time enjoying my art, and don’t forget to to say hi!
